- People, who mean that travelling is the same as relaxing
- People, who travel, because they want to learn something new
- People, who travel because they must – the most frequent reason is job or health
People from the first group prefer staying at seaside, lying on the beach. Others are interested in local traditions, history and culture. Many of them like to practice foreign language they have learnt. A lot of people travel abroad, because of their job or health. If the reason is health, people often travel to countryside.

One of the biggest developments of mankind is vehicle. When people knew vehicles, they were able to construct cart. Expect of these mean of transport they used horses for travelling. Nowadays we know trains, buses, bicycles, ships. The best-known ship is Titanic. It was a huge passenger ship which was considered unsinkable. But on its maiden voyage it hit an iceberg and sunk.
